Why Join The Book Lover Club?

Our book clubs are designed for readers who want connection, comfort, and choice. There’s no pressure to keep up, no assigned monthly read for the in‑person clubs, and no expectations beyond showing up and enjoying yourself. You simply come as you are, share what you’ve been reading, and spend a cosy hour or two with people who love stories as much as you do.

How does membership work?

Your £4/month membership (less than the price of a coffee) gives you:
• One in‑person meet‑up each month in a warm, welcoming space

No Club Local to You?

You can still be part of The Book Lover Club. Join The Society, our online club, for £3/month and enjoy monthly assigned reads, cosy discussions, and access to our wider bookish community.

Or, if you’d love to bring an in‑person club to your town, you can apply to become a Book Club Host. Hosts receive full support, resources, bookish perks, and a small honorarium for running their club.
